When do they release APH Rates?

I have a Stay More, Save More reservation for the end of April that I am hoping to reduce with an APH rate

When I made the reservation I asked when the pass holder rates came out & was told Fall. any ideas as to when this might be?

Where do you check this? I was wondering whether it was worth it to buy an APH for one night stay?
