When Do The Cinderella Castle Dream Lights TURN ON?

Hi, i am planning my October visit. Any chance that the castle dream lights will be up on the 5th? The first party is two days later on the 7th. Can anyone offer past years dates when the lights were turned on? Or do they only turn them on for the first time at the first MVMCP? I would love to see them again, and we love Halloween at Disney.. so we're hoping to catch them both! THANKS!

They will be lit about Nov. 2, give or take a day or so.
