When do Spring Discounts come out?

Does anyone know when I should start to watch for spring discounts to come out? I know they only set so many rooms aside and I wouldn't want to miss out. Our reservations are already made. I booked a Royal room at POR and took the park hopper passes with that. Since that is a considered a package, if a room only discount comes out will I still be able to take advantage of it? What types of discounts can I look forward to for late April early May? I really do not care about free dining plan as I don't think that will work for us. I don't see it as a big deal for the adults, the kids are the one's that benefit by it just b/c of the cost of character buffets. I don't want to have to figure the food thing out each day. Besides, at some restaurants we might only order a few appetizers to share and not an entree. It seems that the dining plan does not include appetizers. Do they still come out with the book 4 nights get 3 free offers? I guess that's all my questions for now...Thanks for any help/tips you can offer.

I am wondering the same. I see today is the last day to book the current discount, so I am hoping that means we'll have new discounts soon!

Sometimes late April/May discounts don't come out till January. But who knows.

Most room-only discounts can be made into a package. You can call Disney if/when a discount code comes out and if your resort is participating and the room type is available under the code, then you're good to go. It just that there are times when certain resorts are not included in the discount or certain room types may be excluded.
