Once you get the bands, make sure they are added on your MDE by guests.Do I need to pay anything else for these bands to work?

I'm a little worried that mine are stuck or lost too but it looks like once it's in USPS hands they stop posting the tracking info...no updates for me still since Oct. 2...hoping yours magically appear @CWTC
So I called the number as instructed to reach MDE vs the general phone number. I had a minimal wait and she was concerned that we will not get the bands prior to arrival as well. They are out of the 50th anniversary bands so replacements cannot be sent to our hotel. She said we can call back and be refunded if they don’t arrive by the time we leave home. She also said there are really great ones on property that we can by. All in all she was very nice but not optimistic that we’ll get our bands.I'm a little worried that mine are stuck or lost too but it looks like once it's in USPS hands they stop posting the tracking info...no updates for me still since Oct. 2...hoping yours magically appear @CWTC
They are shipped out of Davenport FL by a third party shipping company (One Stop Mailing). OSM uses their own hubs (one of which is in GA) before handing the package off to USPS for final delivery. USPS tracking will not show any updates until OSM provides them that data or USPS is in possession of the package for final deliver.Must have something to do with the 50th anniversary bands. Perhaps they say have been shipped, but really not. Are they being manufactured in Georgia, perhaps?
For those of you that have had no updates from USPS, that is odd because I am getting them. Are you looking at your order through your MDE, or are you receiving emails? My confirmation was an email. The rest of the information I have been getting from MDE.
I received an email when they shipped from Disney with my tracking number. MDE has no information beyond that they shipped and the same tracking number. For those of you that have had no updates from USPS, that is odd because I am getting them. I see you said you're in MA - my MagicBands have been stuck at the USPS Springfield distribution center since 10/2! Here's to hoping ours start moving soon!! I may or may not have put a help request in on the USPS website this morningI'm a little worried that mine are stuck or lost too but it looks like once it's in USPS hands they stop posting the tracking info...no updates for me still since Oct. 2...hoping yours magically appear @CWTC

Did you select your magic bands and purchase them yet? Once you purchase them, it will automatically ship them as long as you are far enough out from your trip.Jumping on here — I just booked a trip for February and it didn’t even give me an option to ship magic bands to me. It just said “they will be ready to be picked up at your resort.” Did I miss something?
