When do MagicBands ship?

CWTC - Any new update? I have yet to receive a "shipped" email. I wonder if I should call Disney since we leave on Sunday morning. I have no idea who I should call. Ironically, my MB wrist sliders arrived from Amazon this afternoon.

I received a shipped notice on Wednesday 9/29 but haven't received my order yet. Tracking shows it was transferred to a post office in my state on Oct. 2nd. Kinda hoping they arrive tomorrow but only because I'm inpatient. I'm thinking you may want to call. I did see on the Disney website somewhere a phone number to call with magic band questions. I've had some success using the chat feature too on the website.

Ours marked as shipped 9/29 but the tracking has not been updated. As far as we know bands haven’t left Florida yet.

I don’t know what number you could call - there must be a number somewhere on the website? Or try chat?

Thanks! I looked around and found this:

MagicBand fulfillment and shipping should take about 11 days. However, it could be a few days more or less depending on factors such as holidays, weekends and inclement weather.
If your MagicBands have not arrived and your visit to Walt Disney World Resort starts within 6 days, please contact us.
Don’t worry! If you do not receive your MagicBands before you have to travel to Walt Disney World Resort, you will be provided with MagicBands or cards when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.

I am calling in the morning. I do not want to be provided with a "card" in place of the Magic Band.
 
As others said, I can’t see how they’d wait like they used to anymore. Ppl order special/limited edition stuff so much, they can’t be expected to hang on to that stuff for months. The tracking of merch alone would be a nightmare. Mine now get here within 2 weeks of ordering.
 
I tried calling...several times...and get an immediate recording saying "all circuits are busy now and to please try again later." No indication if I had even reached Disney.

Just tried the CHAT option and all of their associates are busy!

Ours shipped 9/29 too but tracking still shows as being in Davenport FL and “picked up by shipping partner” I’m hoping the tracking just is not updated.
That shipping partner is One Stop Mailing and they send the tracking data to USPS, so updates will be spotty until the package is turned over to the local USPS facility for final delivery.
 
Well, I finally got through to someone after an excruciatingly long process of giving information electronically, and then to a live person. The actual wait time on the phone was not long, but the process was. The short of it is that I was told that my bands were shipped and that they would arrive by the 8th. I asked where they were currently, and was told a town in Georgia. I asked for the tracking number and method of shipping. It is USPS (not good considering the news this past week about slower than usually slower mailing service.) So I looked the tracking number up and got the following.

I ordered my bands on September 28...a week ago. I see no where on the USPS tracking page that my package is to arrive by the 8th. And since it doesn't even look like the bands are on the move, I am not hopeful. When I expressed my concern to the Disney cast member about receiving the bands on time for me leaving the morning of the 10th, she replied that if they did not arrive in time that we would receive cards at the hotel, or we could use our phones. I told her that I WANT THE BANDS!

So if the bands do not arrive in time, will I get a refund if I mail the bands back? There is no way that they will be used again anytime in the near future. Probably not ever!!!

We ordered ours 2 days before you did. Ours are still in Florida apparently based on the tracking information. I tried calling Disney but just got the “all circuits busy” message. I’m trying the chat function within the MDE app but am not holding my breath.
 
For the trip I took in March I ordered our bands on January 5th and received them on January 14th. I just ordered our bands for our upcoming February 2022 trip so I'll have to come back and update when I get them.

You arrive later than us? What I am hoping is that they look at 'dates of travel' and get them out accordingly. Also, I ordered the solid colored $10 bands. Since you ordered special bands, yours may take a little longer.

Here's hoping yours arrive in time. My latest tracking hasn't shown any movement after Oct. 2...Massachusetts isn't that big a state and I would think it wouldn't take more than 4 days to get from the western part to the eastern part of the state so maybe tomorrow???..thankfully I really don't need them any time soon but I'm sorry for the stress you're going through...

Where can I find these Magic Bands at a discount and is it too late to order for a trip that starts 10/10? We are staying onsite at AKL.

Also, I have an old Magic Band from a trip 5 years ago, Will it still work?
I used an old one on my Sept trip. It did not pick up photos automatically. I touched under my photo on Test Track, and that is the only one that showed up. So you might need to touch it to something for each photo you want. I wish I had known that.

We arrive 10/16. I contacted Disney (I had a 6 hour wait to receive assistance) and was told we would be given keys to the world cards. Which is not the point. We have a ton of MBs - I want the 50th special bands that we paid for. I’m not happy at the moment.

edited to add: bands ordered 9/26, bands left Fl 9/29, arr GA 10/5. We live in WI.

edited again: I waited 6 hours on hold to be told “sorry can’t help. Please call this number between 8am-5pm for assistance.”

Oh my!!! No way would I have waited that long for assistance. Based on your tracking, I feel sure that your Magicbands will arrive to you on time. Sounds like they may be traveling along side mine. 😁 I'll let you know when and if I get mine.
 
My Magicbands are now in Knoxville, TN!!! That's just an hour and a half from here and also the distribution PO for our city's mail. Nothing comes in or goes out of Johnson City without passing through the main Knoxville post office.
