When do I need to call for a WL?

Hi.

I have 15 days until my 10 night trip and have been stalking my last night I need in a dedicated two bedroom at GFV for September 13 (I have a lock off booked for the last night).

At what point are the WLs not updated and I need to call MS to see if any availability? Is it a week and less?

Yes, thank you. I am aware of that and have mine set to 7 days but do they fulfill WL online 2 days and one day prior or do I need to call?

If your waitlist expires at 7 days prior to your reservation, how do you expect them to fulfill it at 2 days prior to your reservation when it would be expired? I don’t understand your question.

If the wait list has not come through by 7 days out, it will be made inactive (aka removed) and the system will no longer try to match it.

I guess I just didn't think it all through and I am aware that the WL will be inactive but wondering if I can go
online up to the day before and book a room, if available, and now thinking it all through, I guess the answer is yes, and I do not need to call, I can still stalk up to the night prior.

Thank you! This day, September 13, has not been available at the 5-6 month mark but every single day before/after was for the dedicated two bedroom. Days come and go, weeks come and go, but that one day does not show and I do automatic refresh on my desktop at work 8 hours a day, five days a week looking for it and then an unhealthy amount of time at home.
