When do codes come out for May

We are already booked for May, I was wondering when the codes come out and if we already have a ressie would they discount us. The hotel is paid for in full, would they give us a refund?

Last year for May discounts the codes came out the end of January (24th or 26th). I think they would send you a refund for the lower rate. Hopefully someone who experienced this will let you know for sure.

I think current code booking date ends Jan 27th?
They go until April 9th. I would imagine the new
codes will come out after that date.
I'm not sure whether they would refund you if you
are already paid in full or if it's a "done deal".
Generally you only need to put down a deposit and
depending on who you book through (CRO or WDTC)
will determine when your final payment and when
changes can be made without penalties.
Maybe someone can be more specific out there or

be certain.

Even if you pay in full, it is not a done deal. They will refund you the difference. Try not to book with WDTC, but CRO instead. WDTC has stricter policies
