When do Christmas decorations come down at resorts?

We’re heading to WDW 1/2-1/9 and staying at AKL. Do you think the tree and resort decorations will still be up when we arrive? We’ve been to Disney in November and seen park decorations, but always too early for resorts. I’m hoping we can catch a glimpse this time. I imagine the big tree at AKL must be magnificent!

When you arrive, yes. They'll be down by the time you leave. They just disappear one night, like magic, there when you go to bed, gone when you get up. Just like they appeared in November.

We just changed our trip dates to arrive on New Year's Day as well! Hoping that will increase our chances of seeing the AKL lobby decorated. I've seen pictures and the tree looks spectacular!

Are any resorts decorated yet? I understand that some gingerbread houses are going up. We are doing YC/BRV split 11/21-11/26 and hoping to see some decorations even though it won't yet be Thanksgiving when we depart.
