When can you start using your dining credits?

When will our quick service meals be available to us? If we check into our resort at 11am and our rooms are not ready yet, will we be able to use any credits?

Once you're checked in you're good to go. You can also use them on the last day even after you've checked out.

your credits will be available to you as soon as you check in.
your room being ready or not has nothing to do with using your dining plan.

I knew you could use them as soon as you got there but I was told by the CM I booked it with that they expired once we checked out.

I've definitely done it in the past and my parents did this fall. We've had to check out because checkout time was 11 am and then used them for lunch. I do know they can't be used after the day of check out (ie you check out Wednesday you can't use them on Thursday), but we've definitely used them for lunch or snacks after checking out earlier in the day.

Any left over dining credits are good until 11:59 PM of the day you check out.

As purple figment said, your credits are good until 11:59 pm of the day you check out. We've always used our last credits on our final day after having already check out. No problems.
