When can you book when you are changing Castaway Club levels?

We are Gold and will be Platinum on our next cruise. Will we be able to book our excursions 120 days out for Platinum or 105 days out for Gold for that cruise? Has anyone had any issues with the reservations system when trying to book excursions as you moved from one level to another?

Once you have completed your 10th cruise, you become platinum. (During your 10th cruise, you are still gold.) So, for your 11th cruise, you will be able to book things at the platinum booking window. This is how it was explained to us. We have a B2B planned for October. The first part of the B2B will be our 10th cruise, so we will be platinum for the second half. However, because we have not completed our 10th cruise, we cannot book things at the platinum booking window for the second leg of our B2B. Oh well...

Just went through this going from Silver to Gold. By the time we returned to Port Canaveral on our 5th cruise, our Castaway account had already been updated to Gold and we booked our Alaska excursions before the silver window opened several days later. Great timing eh?
