I went to the DISNEY website to price a cabin during spring break in March 2009, but it said you could only book up through Dec. 31 2008.

Does anyone know when you can book for 2009?

Also, is there a AAA discount on cabins in March?

Thanks!
DJ

You can book by phone now, and yes they have a limited supply of AAA rates.

I have had mine booked for about 4 months for next March, When are you going to be there. I will be there from the 19 through the 29th.

Curious to see if the rates for next year change as the cabins are now listed as moderates.

We will be there a week earlier.

Oh, and can you tell me your rates? I wanted to get a quote (that is why I tried to website) because that will determine if we try them out or not. :goodvibes

Thanks,

I called Disney and they said that they are going to have new rates for the cabins that should be lower than this year since they will be considered moderates. The CM told me to call mid August and the rates should be out then (but AAA rates won't be out until Sept).

Any rates given now will not be good after January 1. While Disney allows reservations 500 days out, they do not guarantee the rate.

Rates for the next year are released July/August of the current year. At that point all pending reservations are adjusted.

I would not hold my breath for a rate reduction. While they may classify them as moderates in the Res system, I can't believe the rates will go down:confused3

I agree with Tim, when I called for sites in Jan 09 the CM told me all they had were the new pull thru sites [ which there are none of]. I would book now and if the rates adjust you will get that rate and be able to go to the AAA rate later also.
