When can we start to use Stormalong Bay?

After being on the wait list for months, I called MS (for about the 10th time) and they had availability for 1 day at BCV. Since we are there for only 1 night, I wanted to use Stormalong Bay while we can. What time can we start using the pool? Do we have to physically check-in at the hotel (I plan to use online check-in before we go) or can we go before our room is available?

If your room is not ready when you get to the resort, you will still be given your KTTW room key cards and that is all you need to get into SAB. So if you arrive at 9am in the morning you can start enjoying the pool after going to the front desk to let them know you've arrived.

You can also use the resort pool on your check out day, too!

As stated, as soon as you receive your room keys (check in, not room being ready) you can begin using it.
