Just wondering when you can purchase E tickets. Is it the day of or can they be pre-ordered once the dates are released?

you can purchase e-tickets at your on property resort...you can purchase them several days before the night that it is being offered but i'm not sure just how far in advance you can purchase them...
remember, you must be staying on property in order to participate in the e-ticket night and must make use of a day of your passes...
have fun!!!!

I believe it's up to three days in advance.

What happens if you are an out-of-state AP holder who's staying on property? Do you still have to purchase multi-day tickets to be able to buy the E-Ticket night pass?

We will be staying at the Dolphin from June 12-16 and would like to participate in an E-Ticket night if there is one during our stay. Since we live in So Cal. and visit WDW at least 2x per year, it was more economic to buy the AP instead of doing hopper passes. Can we still take part in the E-ticket nights?

All on property guest with a multi day pass can purchase e-tickets, which also includes APs. I've participated in e-tickets many times since it's beginning and NEVER buy my tickets until the afternoon of e-ticket night. I have yet to ever see it, or know of it, to sell out. I like to make sure the weather is going to be good before buying my tickets, plus want to make sure we are up to a late night also. We use them in the fall, spring and winter, but never bother in the summer, because the park hours are too late for us. Of course, none were offered during our 2 weeks in May last year and looks like none offers again during our 2 weeks this spring.

I recall reading on another post that they don't really verify if you are an onsite guest or not. Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks..

We've been to serveral e-nights, and at one time, you just gave them your e-night ticket and got your wristband. The past several times, however, we have had to show our resort IDs AND give them the ticket. Sometimes you have to show multi-day ticket when you buy them at your resort, other times you don't.

We just got back from WDW in late March, and although we had 4 day hoppers we were not onsite. However, we had no problem buying the E-ticket passes at the Beach Club, the woman at the desk said it wasn't neccessary to stay onsite, just to have a hopper (which she varified we had). We bought them one day early. Hope this helps!

Well, unless they have changed the rules written in the brochure you got lucky. The printed material at the front desk says you must be staying on sight. I have heard of people getting them and I am sure you might be able to, but to be assured of getting a ticket you should be on sight.
