When can I make ADR's and GG reservations?

My vacation starts Feb 14, 2009. I understand that I can book 180 days before I check into CBR. But, this 180 days plus 10 thing I have heard of makes me think I don't know what I'm doing...can somebody please explain! Thanks! I want to make sure I can book at the first available minute!

a 90 day ADR window for the period starting Jan 16, 2009 with the exception of CRT, CM and V&A.

I assume the added 10 day window is still valid. It just means that you can make ADRs for the first ten days of your stay at Disney if you are staying onsite from the day you check in. In your case you could make ADRs for Feb 14-23rd starting on Nov 16, 2008.

I thought that the window was 180 days for almost all restaurants...did this change to 90 days?

couple of weeks. Disney is supposed to be transitioning to a new reservation system. They expect to go back to 180 days around September of next year.
