When can I contact Member services?

We have closed on a DVC contract at VWL. I see that our deed has been put on the county site. Does that mean I can contact Member services? Do I have to wait till I get the welcome package to call them? Where do I get the phone number?

I am really anxious as we have a non-DVC trip planned in Feb and I want to use the DVC AP discount. I wanted to get the AP's before any first of the year price increase. Thanks.

The general rule of thumb is that you will be in Disney's system 7-10 business days after closing. Various things affect the timing (holidays for example). When did you close? Just count 7 business days from that date and give MS a call to see if you have made it in. We cannot post MS' phone number but you can get if from your sales rep at TTS, or give google a try

Well... I think a phone call to MS will quickly clear this up. Most likely they know who you are by now.
