When can BLT owners begin making reservations?

I am deciding when to buy a small (25-50 point) cash add on at BLT. I don't want to buy any earlier than I have to to get the earliest reservations. It would not appear that BLT will sell out any time soon in this economy. When should I buy?

MS will begin taking reservations from BLT owners on 3/1/2009 for stays beginning 9/1/2009.
