? When booking fastpass plus with old non expiration tix?

Hi,
My husband has some days left on his non exp tix. We don't remember how many. If I link it to our account when I buy AP's for the rest of us, how will that work.
Say he has 3 days... After booking 3 days of fastpasses on day 4 will his just not book a fastpass plus?
If I remember correctly no way to check what's left except at guest services. But I'm thinking when I book fastpass plus I will find out.
Maybe the hard way if we don't have enough and we can't get FP for him last day or so.
Any info on this?

You don't have to wait until you buy your APs. Link his ticket now and begin booking FPs for tomorrow and so on until you run out of ticket entitlements. That way you'll know how many entitlements he has, write it down somewhere, and then cancel your practice/experimental/research FPs.

There's no reason to wait and be surprised when you can do it now for a definitive answer.
