I think I'll be at WDW again in November during Wine and Dine 1/2 marathon (besides going there in 3 days) and I was wondering if all the parks will be decorated by November 1st.

And also, are all parks decorated? At the same time?

I'm hoping it'll be decorated by November 1st because it'll be different experience from April 9th week trip.

Thank you

3. At the same time?

1. Not a chance.
MK will be the first, but not until Nov. 5-8.

2. Yes. And the resorts, as well.
3. Nope.

There is a "process" of decorating that takes up about the first 3 weeks of Nov.
Everything will not be fully decorated until Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.

If you are there for Wine and Dine weekend expect holiday decorations at MK by your last day but most likely none of the special things like the castle lighting. They may test it that last night but you will see the progression from Halloween to Christmas during your stay.

Expect the Castle Dream/Ice/Frozen Lighting to begin nightly (without the "Frozen "ceremony") by at least Nov. 3 or 4.

I always go the first/second week of November and the decorations start going up a few days into the trip.

Wasn't sure if they were doing the castle lighting part with out the ceremony any more. I miss fairy godmother doing it and wish they would just bring her back.

You might have the castle lighting, and MK will probably be decorated, but probably not anywhere else.

AK and HS have been getting their trees up earlier than Epcot. Epcot puts its tree up usually during the second week of November. The rest of the decorations go in piecemeal. Epcot is fully decorated by Thanksgiving and holiday events begin the day after. Resorts won't all finish until just before Thanksgiving.

Any idea when Epcot, AK, and HS will be decorated?

Those three parks are much less "decorated" than MK... and far, far less decorations than they USED to have about ten years ago.

The decorations have been steadily dropped back, nearly yearly, for a long time, now.

More of the "cuts" that have been far too prevalent in recent times.
