When are our annual dues due for BLT?

Have you checked your Dues on the member site?

I have BLT points and mine listed and due now, they are only for the months the resort is open but you may find you are billed sooner.

Do you have your set up to pay monthly or in one lump sum? I keep looking at my account and it has zero. (Zero is good, but I know it is not the correct amount. ) I have mine set up for monthly payments, so I'm wondering if that is why it is different..

That may just be the difference. I have it as one payment.

You won't be billed for your dues until you close your contract (I know you just bought in this week).

Once closing occurs, then the information will show up on the DVC member's site. You will be billed only for 5 months this year, since the resort is only open from August.

How many points did you purchase? It would be roughly 5/12th or 42% of the annual cost.

(Your points) ______ X .42 X 3.67 This will give you a ballpark figure.
