When are dues due?

Just paid our dues for 2009 - I know that the Dollar / Pound is poor but the dues do seem high this year 
. Home is Saratoga Springs and we have been dvc MEMBER since 2004 and the increase this year does appear large. Anyone else had any thoughts on this issue
