When are 2005 rates released?

We are in the beginning planning stages for my graduation trip in 2005 does anyone know when the Disney Resorts release the rates for 2005?

The rates for 2004 came out at the end of August in 2003. So I would look for them at the end of August.

Are you able to book a 2005 package without the rates being guarenteed, just to have the package booked before then? I called, and the first CM was very helpful, said I could do room only but don't want to do that...the next CM wasn't helpful and just said rates weren't out.
