So far we've always just taken what we get when we've stayed with DVC (except for non-smoking, medical), but in terms of location. Now we have a preference for when we go back to OKW - we have a few buildings we would prefer to stay in.
So my question is, how far in advance can we make our requests known, and do I just call Member Services, fax them, email or what?
