When and How to make a room / bldg request??

So far we've always just taken what we get when we've stayed with DVC (except for non-smoking, medical), but in terms of location. Now we have a preference for when we go back to OKW - we have a few buildings we would prefer to stay in.

So my question is, how far in advance can we make our requests known, and do I just call Member Services, fax them, email or what?

When you make your reservation, just let MS know what you want then. They do not accept faxes.

You should make all requests when you make your reservation. List them in the order of importance to you. In your case NS would be first.
