I'm trying to find transportation for a wheelchair user and 3 other adults from CDG and to Disneyland. It's quite difficult. Disneyland put us in touch with magic shuttle, but I think that trip cost too much. Does anyone have experience with a serious company that has wheelchair vans, with a ramp or elevator, that you can order for transportation from the airport and to Disneyland, but also from Disneyland and into Paris. I've been recommended to contact G7 taxi, but I'm not sure if they can be trusted. That is, if they come when you've ordered a taxi. Any experience?

The easiest way would be to use the magic shuttle.
The most economical way would likely be to use the train from CDG to the station at Downtown Disney

Here is the G7 website with information about their fleet:

They say it's available on demand, but it would likely depend on how many of their fleet they have stationed at the airport at any given time, versus elsewhere. CDG is approximately an hour away from Paris and the same time away from DLP.

You should download the WhatsApp app to your phone as I found a lot of people that I interacted with last year when we were on a family trip to Europe (which included Paris and DLP) used WhatsApp, even though I had activated my international phone plan via my carrier.
