Whatta surprise in today's mail!

I rec'd a DVC envelope in today's mail and thought "Dues statement already?"

Lo and behold, it was the letter which thanked us for completing our mortgage payments! Guess the last year slipped by and I completely forgot this would be the month to wrap things up.

Can't wait to walk into "Home" and know that it's all paid for - well, that is, except for the annual dues thing.
