Whats your Review Of Tonys Char Lunch?

I was wonderng how tonys is for lunch with the characters? How is the food? How is the food served and what dishes are offered? What characters are there? Any help would be greattly appreciated- so speak up my DISFRIENDS!!

My husband and I went to Tony's for the character lunch a few weeks ago. It was great. There were about 3 or 4 entree's to choose from. I had chicken parm. and my husband had spaghetti and meatballs. I think there was a calzone offered too. It came with beverage and dessert. When we were there it was a choice of cheesecake and one other dessert. You also got choice of salad or soup.

The characters were Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet and Tigger. We had a great lunch and the character interaction was wonderful. We will be going back again on our trip next month.

I was not aware that there is a character meal at Tony's.
Does it seem odd to anyone else that you get Pooh and friends at Tony's instead of, oh maybe, Lady and the Tramp?
Go figure...

HunnyPots--the POOH character meals are only at Tony's temporarily while the CP is refurbished!

We were there about 5 weeks ago.

The food was great! You order from a menu with about 3-4 selections. DH and I both have the chicken parmesian. Very good!

The character interaction was wonderful!

Yes, it is all you can eat. However, the portions are huge and most likely you won't need more. Plus, they have a great dessert you'll want to save room for.

The food is was good and the cheesecake was really good! The only person in our party to order seconds was one of my ds. He ordered the kids pizza and ask for a second one. I dont think he ate it all. We had ps at 3pm and sat close to the front by the window. So in addition to seeing our characters a few times we got a great seat for the parade too.

I believe it was about $16 per adult and kids were like $9.95. we spent about $80 on 4 adults and 1 child. My 2 yr old was free but does get to order off the menu.

Hi guys!

We JUST got back from our Disney Honeymoon and I have to say that the character lunch at Tony's was one of THE hightlights of the trip! Especially for DH!

Character interaction with Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and my fave, Eeyore was GREAT. And despite reading bad things here about Tony's, we LOVED the food. Goes to show everyone's opinion is different!

The "bruschetta" with a yummy tomato/olive oil spread was delish... the bread was great... DH had the Calzone of the day which was an Italian Combo or sorts and I had the Chicken Caesar salad. The grilled chicken was fabulous!

We had the tiramisu for dessert and were surprised at HOW GOOD it was!

The service was phenomenal... our waiter was constantly refilling our soda and lemonade. It cost $16.99 each, we didn't require seconds, and it happened to be included as a wish on the Discovery Magic package we were on.

I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!!!

I'm going to start with the tiramisu and go from there! YUM! Any character meal that serves decent tiramisu is my new favorite!

We ate there for lunch last month too. I was nervous since we had read bad reports but couldn't decide where else to eat at MK. I was very pleasantly surprised. There was 6 of us, including 1 child. He was allowed to order off the adult menu. The salads and entrees were all delicious and the cheesecake was awesome. The price included sodas and tea as well. And the character interaction was the best we experienced all week. Tigger proposed to my niece - it was too funny!
