No big surprise, we go with Disney names nowadays. I have two Siamese cats. The oldest is Simba. The shelter called to tell us they had Siamese in and when we went down to pick one out, he pounced and landed in his water. I made the comment that he looked like Simba and it stuck.

When we got the younger cat, we were trying to think of a cute name for him and I threw out Koda. No one else had ever seen Brother Bear, LOL, but liked the name anyway so it stuck and couldn't have been more perfect. He is SO the obnoxious little brother that keeps "talking" and playing with big brother not realizing that he's just trying to get away from him, not play back with him.

OMG, I can't believe I forgot our Sony! He was a black & white part-Siamese rescue that someone had dumped (along with his mother) on our street when I still lived at home. I adored him even though he had a tendency to misbehave (he loved to jump up on the counters to eat vegetables, but not meat or anything that normal cats'd go for). He eventually had to go live with some friends of the family after he'd developed a penchant for killing and eating the chickens.

Our 6yr old Toy Poodle is Roosevelt and our new Min Pin is Truman, before we moved to Germany we had a 12yr old Boxer Hoover....see a pattern?

Two kitties, Mike and Betty. Both rescued from a dumpster at about ten days old. Bottle-fed and nursed through several "near-death" experiences!

Two dogs:
Andy, a 10 year old toy poodle who is starting to turn into a very grouchy "old man", but still a cutie.

Jessie, a one year old mixed breed, thought to be half red heeler and half small terrier of some sort, possibly Jack Russell. Dumped in our neighborhood one year ago after an attempt by her owners to give her and her litter mates away at the local Wal Mart parking lot. Glad we found her though; she's my little sweetheart and I wouldn't give her up for the world!
