I just watch Christopher Walken do the one where he wants more cowbell on Don't fear the Reaper. He stops them singing and wants more cowbells. It's hilarous.:hyper:
Also seeing the Rock in a dress and Steve Martin as King Tut.

Oprahs favorite things one they did this season. I couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard!!

I prefer the "old" SNL skits.
My favorite was definitely the "Pinky-Ring" skit with Joe Pesci. :teeth:

Eddie Murphy as James Brown : "Gonna get in the hot tub!!!"

Gilda Radner: Rosannadanadana

Dana Carvey: "The Church Lady"

Mike Meyers: "Deter", "My Name is Simon", "Cawffee Tawk"

Carvey & Nealon: "Hans & Frans"

John Belushi: "Cheesburga, Cheesburga"

Carvey, Meyers: "Wayne's World"

Chris Farley: the motivational speaker who lived "in a van down by the river!"

Tracey Morgan: "Brian Fellows" and that other one he does about the space man (don't know the name)

I could go on forever. I think I've been watching SNL since I was born. Literally.

I liked the old " Bass o' Matic " SNL skit with Dan Akyrod...and also the " Land Shark" skit

I was gonna say no one would remember my favorites because they were from long, long ago! But, KevinNYC and jin diesel both mentioned my favorites: Bass o Matic and Rosannadana.
:rotfl: :rotfl:

For us old folks I liked Chevy Chase in the weekend update, then Dan Akroyd and Jane on the weekend update and I just watched Jimmy Fallon on his last weekend update last Sat.....do you see a theme running through here?

I also loved the samuri (sp?)that Belushi played.

Love the land shark, the bumblebee(belushi again), and I am really gonna miss Fallon and Sans being the college kids.
The scene that got me laughing so hard was the one around Thanksgiving and Fallons character says, "Nice pilgrim outfit."
Sans character says, "Pilgrim? I thought this was a blues traveler costume!"

Jim Carrey in that skit with the sleazy guys in the nightclub... hiLARIOUS!!

The Dou**ebags.

Mr. Robinson's neighborhood.

The body building guys. We want to Pump you Up!

Samuri Taylor was one of my all-time favorites.

Coneheads was another good one as was Father Guido Sarduchi

The Lupners with Gilda Radner and Bill Murray, all those skits, and especially Dan Akroyd as the Norge repair guy with the Moon........
Those 2 wild and crazy guys...

Those two are hard to top. I loved the (really) old cast, but the new cast is so talented...

Also loved Chris Farley's "living in a van down by the river" inspirational speaker. So sad of his passing, like John Belusi. Such a tragic waste of talent....

Oh yes, the Norge repairman with the Lupners is classic...::yes::
