what's your favorite dvc resort 2011

2. BLT - on the monorail, location, easy access to counter service
3. VWL - amazing setting
4. AKV - amazing setting, boma, and Mara
5. BCV - SAB, location relative to WS

Is anyone surprised that AKV is out front?

I have not stayed at VGC or HI of course, but I have enjoyed all of the 7 east coast DVCs for different and distinct reasons. OKW -- the jasmine plants outside of Papa's Den attracted me to DVC, spending a late night at the BWV pool watching a couple share frozen dacquiris in the hot tub while their children swam completed the sales, savanna view rooms at both Jambo and Kidani (most unique hotel experience ever), Stormalong Bay, walk to MK from BLT, my teen son and friends biking at HHI, great relaxing stay at Vero, and hopefully for my 60th in two weeks, enjoying a DTD view from the hot tub at SSR, while sipping a peppermint pattie.

Only stayed at BCV, BLT, BWV and AKV. Out of those, BLT is our favorite with AKV a close second.

At this point SSR is my favorite. I LOVE the proximity to DTD and the busses were always great for me when I was there. I also love the theme, but then I've always loved Saratoga, NY too.

I am, since it's my least favorite resort. (And I've stayed at them all, including Kidani and Jambo, SSR regular resort and SSR THV's, VB, HH, VGC, etc)

I am crushed, AKV is my favorite but DVC Mike has it as #5 on his list.

All that matters is what are your personal favorites! There are people whose favorite is SSR, while that may be my least favorite.

This poll is like asking: What is your favorite color?

mike, why did you rank yours in the order you did?

My preferences are based on what is important to me, which is 1) Location/walking to a park, and 2) Views.

This is why BLT and BWV are my top two choices. I expect VGC to be up in the top after I stay there in May. I've stayed at the GCH and loved it.

Not mentioned yet, but my favorite is the VGC. I just love the elegant Craftsman style and it's location to the parks.
