I'm sorry, but I just can't get enough of those feel good threads. So, what's been your favorite DVC memory?

I've only had my DVC membership for a little over four years, but in our 10 or more trips, I can easily pick out my favorite memory. It was from our trip where we took my MIL, BIL, SIL and neice down for a stay in an SSR grand villa. On our first day in the parks we managed, through some sort of miracle, to all make it to the Magic Kingdom for the opening show. This show always makes me cry, but as I looked over to my MIL, whom is quite negative about everything in life, she was crying too!!!! It was like a freakin Disney commercial unfolding right in front of my eyes. Of all the moments that I have planned that have gone horribly wrong or just not the way I wanted, this one was actually perfect. I loved being able to provide that moment for my MIL, without DVC it never would have happened in a million years because she never would have gone to Disney if we hadn't offered to pay for her room.

At this point, my favorite DVC memory is that I paid an average of $67 per point for my two contracts. :)

With over 120+ vacations over 20+ years of DVC my favorite memory is the one that happens at the end of every trip:
My DW cries at the end of every stay no matter if it is one night or multiple nights. She is happy for the time we spent and looking forward to our next trip.

Our trip following DH's heart attack and lung embolism is my favorite. When things were looking tough we held onto hope that he would recover and we would not have to cancel our next DVC trip. The anticipation got us through the hospital stays and rehab. "Welcome Home" never sounded so good.

Our first DVC trip. We bought in without ever staying at a deluxe and were a bit nervous about the purchase. Walked into AKL Jambo and was blown away by how beautiful it was! Got to the room and we were running around pointing out details. The lobby still gives me goosebumps!!

My favorite DVC memory... All of them and getting more every time we go.

Taking our 3 year old granddaughter with the entire family. When we asked her what she wanted to see the most she said the castle. As we walked into the Magic Kingdom she was on her Uncle Ilya's shoulders. As soon as the castle came into view she started hitting him on top of the head while yelling " Uncle Ilya we found it, we found it." I don't think any of us will ever forget it.

My favorite memory was when DVC was DVC not a so called timeshare. All the changes in the last 2 years has taken the magic from us IMO.

There's 2 that are up there as my favourites 1) Taking my brother's family and spending time with my 2 nieces and nephew. I loved seeing Disney through their eyes and excitement & 2) Our friend's Disneyland wedding which we were a part of. So many special memories on that trip.
