... what do they serve, where are they and price range!? Just trying to figure out meals for our trip!

Thanks!

Kind of a tough call. Here's one from each park.

MK - Cosmic Rays. They serve chicken, burgers (including veggie), soup, salads and some other sandwiches. The best part is a wonderful topping bar with raw and cooked onions, sauteed mushrooms, lettuce, pickles, various sauces and lots more. I get a veggie burger and pile it high with toppings.

EC - The Land Food Court. They have a wide variety of foods. Always something for everyone in our party.

MGM - Rosie's. Also good veggie burgers though no toppings bar. Also, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza and perhaps some other stuff.

AK - Tusker House. This place probably has the best food of any counter service. Roasted chicken platters, grilled vegetables and more. More upscale than the average counter service.

We love Casey's hot dogs and fries loaded with cheese...mmmmmmmm!!!! Somehow those dogs just taste better in the Magic Kingdom! :)

And our pocketbooks are hardly dented (in comparison to the "healthy" sit-down meals).

We agree with disneysteve about Tusker's at AK, too!

My favorite, from all the parks, has to be Columbia Harbor House. Unfortunately, from what I hear, they have done away with the bred bowls for the clam chowder since I was there last. But, nonehteless, it is by far my favorite counter service. They serve a variety of foods, chicken strips, fish and chips, clam chowder, sandwiches and the like. I tell people every chance I get to try it, we have always loved it and make a point of hitting it every time we visit...before we get our Dole Whip treats!

Anyone of them that sells the turkey legs...and that's all I have to say about that.

Maybe I've just never got a good one, but every single counter service place we've tried I haven't enjoyed AT ALL! I find all of the food to be so unappitizing. I'd much rather pack a sandwich or eat some snacks then spend all that money on food that isn't worth it in the least bit!:crazy2:

Another vote here for Columbia Harbor House. Be sure to grab a table upstairs by a window. The salad was very good (with chicken, feta, nuts and pineapple - sounds wierd, but was excellent), the fish and chips and chicken and fries were also hot, crisp and tasty. Nice change from the usual burgers and hot dogs.

Of course everyone has different opinions, but we've tried Rosie's at MGM and HATE it! It is worse than McDonalds could ever be.

We tried Pizzafari for the 1st time last week, and got the child's meal deal, which was the best value of the trip! And, it was even good! It was 5.99 for an adult size cheese pizza, bag of chips, bottled juice (decent size!), and the 2 coupons for ice cream & coke later in the day. Can't go wrong there!

Usually we go to Flametree BBQ, which is ok, but has a nice outdoor seating area. The chocolate waffle cones in AK are great!

The Mexican cantina in Epcot is pretty good too.
