I was stumped as well! Never thought brussel sprouts could be so good until I tried them fried lol! They are a pretty popular appetizer around here.
I'm not as high falooting as some folks on this thread. I like mozza sticks or potato skins. Recently I tried spinach dip and it might be my new favourite.
Lately we have been all about the fried pickles.
I like pan seared tuna. I also like wings and nachos but tend to get them as my meal. Asian, I like Dumplings.

Oh no, I didn't explain myself well. That was a "hhmmmm" of happiness. Roasted/sauteed/fried brussel sprouts are super popular app around here too. It tends to be more seasonal (all my places I walk to are local, and daily menus) so I haven't had any lately and they should so good. I make them a ton at home in the fall. I totally agree with you - DELICIOUS!
I've tried to make them fried, roasted, or sauteed at home, but I can't find a recipe that comes out as good as in the restaurant!
Pretzel sticks and beer cheese.
Nachos.
Hot crab dip.
Very occasionally we will get wings but only in some restaurants.
