whats the weather like in October

We got back today and already looking at when to book our next trip We are looking at October 06. Whats the weather like then and how busy are the parks

We go October 19th and we have been told that the wesather is always great and crowds are low.

we went october 30th for 2 weeks last year and it was great. it was around 25-30 every day with some days being hotter. and without the humidity of the summer time.

we had 2 odd days where it drizzled a little but otherwise the weather was immaculate.

IMHO October is one of the best times of year to go. The weather is usually excellent and crowds relatively low.

I agree, it's a very good time to go.
The weather will be hot but not too humid, with little rainfall.
Crowds shouldn't be too bad either.

The only thing I would say is that the weather in Florida is getting more and more unpredictable.
When we were there in March the average temps was supposed to be around 80 degrees, however, most days it was struggling to reach 70 and we had a lot of rain (not the thunderstorm Florida type, the British raining all day type).
Hopefully it will be better when we go in August.

Overall I would say October is an ideal month though, not as easy for us with school holidays etc

We are flying out from Gatwick on the 6th October for 3 weeks and from what we have been told its meant to be a great time to go, weather is nice and the parks are not overally crowded.

We are there from the 5th Oct to the 9th when we leave for the coast. Staying at AKL. Only 4 days then we'll be out of your way

We were there the last week in Oct the first in Nov last year. The weather was perfect. Nice and warm.
Its one of our favourite times to go.

Dont underestimate the October crowds these days. Although in the past, it HAS been a relatively quiet time to visit, last October was heaving. A lot of that was due to people having to rebook from Aug & Sept because of the hurricanes, but many folk are now choosing October because of the better weather, MNSSHP and the Food & Wine festival.

Make sure you know the parks busy days, get early starts and make use of fast pass. October is no longer a "quiet month" so dont underestimate crowds, especially at weekends. As long as you are prepared though, you will have a fantastic time!

I used a crowd index site in my choice of parks and they have bumped the crowns up massively in October

We are also going in Oct, we will be there Oct 19th for 3 weeks also staying at the AKL. It is a nice time to go to the World.

We are also flying from Gatwick on the 6th with Virgin, might be on the same flight, can't wait, hoping the weather will be good and the crowds low, have been assured this is a good time to go

It can get very busy around Columbus day which falls on the 10th this year and the 9th in 2006. Our American friend's tend to book their holidays around the long weekend.
