What's the weather like for mid-April?

Will we need jackets and jeans for evening? Will it be mostly short sleeves and shorts for the daytime?

We too will be there mid-April.
I've been watching the weather channel website for Orlando's weather. Click on Month and then arrow over for April. It gives you an average of what the weather should be like. Sounds better than what we are having in Ohio at that time! lol Have a great time...21 days until we leave!

Ive been there mid-end April in '04 and the weather was great. Most days were very warm, a few hot. Only had one day of mist and one day of heavy rain. The rest were beautiful. I never wore a jacket or pants the entire time I was there. It was shorts and tanks for all of us the entire time. Even the rain/mist days were hot. Wore a poncho over our tank and shorts. Id keep a check on the weather as you get closer to your vacation. Maybe bring one pair of jeans and a sweater just in case. But when I was there we didn't need them.

Hi Dawna,

Average highs in mid-April are in the low 80s with the average morning low in the upper 50s to around 60.

But realistically, there is still enough variance in mid-April that you could get a day or two with a high around 70, or a day or two near 90. And there could still be some mornings in the upper 40s in mid-April.
