I assume you mean passing ROFR. Not sure on shortest but we made it through twice in about 14 days. I guess if you pass in less than a week you probably are paying too much.

I just found out today!! I got my OKW 9 days after I faxed the documents. Much faster than my BCV 2 years ago.

We passed our BWV ROFR in May 2004 in 6 days.

We've discussed an add-on, but I wouldn't expect it to be nearly as fast. The fast turnaround was probably an aberration.

Twice we passed rofr within 7-10 days. However, it still took 6-7 weeks to close and get in the system. Good luck!

IMO, better to get shot down in flames early vs later.

DVC took their time on our deal last year.
