As for the most valuable item that is "trade-able" (aka the people who have it would at least CONSIDER trading it) would be the yellow(/gray) stitch box. There was only 1 released, and a lot of my friends have passed it around, trading it each time. Apparently a tester wasn't supposed to trade it yet...

No Red rocker is less rare than Yellow Ariel's because more Red Rockers were given out in HOST in-room quests than the Yellow Ariel's.

Beat me to it, the Orange HM Organ has never been released ever except for 1 day during beta days. Not sure about Ariel's. But that is worth about 2 pairs of flips, stitch hat, and inferno

Now that I think of it, it might also be the blue number generator. They were only given out to a very very very select few who were lucky enough to get their room remodeled by staff the first time around last February.

Well "rare" and "popular" are two totally different things. Yes, Green flips are more popular because they are seen as a VMK status symbol, however, when it comes to green flips and green baggy pants, there are much more of them in the game than say, an orange organ.

No girls do not get the green plain shirts with the bellybutton showing 0_o they get all colors but the original green off of the first girls staff outfit and about the boys the staff wore a brighter green then the selling one so my point is the girls green staff shirt is the rarest item
