What's the going rate for DVC?

Just wondering what are the minimum required purchase and price per pt now? Does the price vary by resort?
What resorts are they selling now?

All resorts can be purchased direct from Disney although sales are focused on Saratoga Springs, Animal Kingdom, Bay Lake Tower and the Villas at the Grand Californian.
