Chefs de France is my favorite, followed closely by Le Cellier and Teppan Edo. In fact, the only not so great meal I ever had at the World Showcase was at the indoor Mexican place...the service was terrible! (The other places I like--but not as much as my top 3--are Coral Reef, Akershus, and Tutto Italia.)
I have to agree with ya' on the Mexican place. We (probably like everyone else) don't get to do all that we would like, every time we go. Some of course we all always do an ADR for, but if ya'll are like us, when you get there you'll try to work in a few more, HECK you might even risk a (lest I say it) "walk up"!

It was that dreaded "walk up" for the TS at the Mexican place that we almost got up and left one time. We were thinking OMG I can't believe we're dropping the better part of $75 on this junk. Oh well, all of them I'm sure have a bad situation here and there.
The one that we've never done is Le Chefs. Now we NEVER miss the pastry counter, (could hit it 3 times a day) but the menu on Le Chefs is totally wasted on my DS & DW. I could get through it and cause some damage to the room card, as well as DD (now 23), but we'd have to go by ourselves for SURE.
I just want to thank everyone for their input in this thread.

When you're like us, and don't get to go near as often as we would like, it's FANTASTIC to get input that helps us (all) plan for future visits. Albeit this next visit (if I have my way about it) will be ONLY myself and DW for our 35th anniversary. So the choices of dining can be a bit more 'special', even though she would eat PB&J if she had her choice. I OTOH just l-o-v-e to enjoy eating like we would never do while here at home.

Like REALLY, why NOT just go out and go crazy and enjoy yourself?!?! Not like you do it every week, or every YEAR for that matter. (for a lot of families that visit)
Personally I would do two TS meals each and every day it say we lived less than an hour away, and could go whenever we wanted as a family. I've always said if we lived close, I'd never be at home, I'd be on-site hanging around like a gas light on a pole.

Now I might be eating plain dogs and water when there by myself but If I ended up with less than 150 days annually it would be a miracle!
