What's the best Black Friday deal you walked away with?

My best deal is the iPad Air from staples for $199. Last week they had the $100 off all tablets and it worked on the sale price iPad Air. I got one and my daughter got one.

today I took the girls because they've always wanted to go...

we loved B&BW per usual but didn't get the bag this year...the bag was nice but the stuff inside not so much. Bummer.

They loved Charming Charlies they had quality scarves, etc. [not the cheapy ones stores normally provide for BF deals] 2 for $10.

One daughter lost her winter coat so grabbed on at JC P for $24.99 plus additional markdown so about $20.

My best score this year was the Infinity 2.0 starter sets for $39.99 [normal sale price is $59.99 normal price is $74.99]; other xbox360 games and blu ray + dvd movies.

Picked up a bunch of $4-$10 movies and video games at Target last night, and then hit Old Navy this afternoon. The store was still a madhouse, but they had plenty of stock. I got 3 sweaters, pj pants, a pair of pants, and several tshirts for less than $100.
Best deal was probably boots. 6pm had a super cute pair for $26 with free shipping, and then Payless had riding boots for $16, plus 20% and free ship to store.

I did well. $160 for a 16gb iPad mini at Target after taxes--it was $250, minus 5% red card, minus $10 off $150 coupon, with a $80 gift card back. Picked up the nice BluRay, digital, DVD with freebie versions of Lego Movie and Croods, plus new Diary of a Wimpy Kid for $20 with my $5 off $25 coupon.

Also did the 10% off $300 at Target, using my 2% back credit card. And I racked up on all the free stuff at CVS and Walgreens after ExtraCare bucks and Register Rewards. I then use the rewards to buy stuff we need--it's like using the same money over again two to three times.

None of the stores were crowded. Target last night seemed to have more employees than shoppers around midnight.

Younkers handed out gift cards which turned out to be real gift cards. I got $5, DH got $20, DS got $10 and DS got $10.

DH got a coat for $54.50 that started out at $225, it was $90 off, he used the $60 off $100 coat coupon, used a $20 GC and a $5 GC. They said the gift cards were to be used as a payment and could be used together. We used the other GC on other items.

Penny's had coupons that were easier to use than Younker's coupon. Younkers will exclude 90% of their merchandise. I haven't been in Pennys for at least a year but did get a crossbody bag for around $2 and 6 pairs of socks for around $2 after the $10/$10 purchase. DS got a bullhorn and a shirt for $5 (a bullhorn!)

50 inch Vizio Smart TV with wifi
$398 SAMs club

Best part was their BF sale went live online at 1:00 a.m. and I was able to order it right from bed!

Wow! I guess I should have shopped around some more at JCP yesterday!

I bought myself a ton of body butters at B&BW on the buy 3 get 3 deal. They didn't carry them all year so I was pretty excited to see them yesterday and stocked up. We hit the Lindt chocolate store also. We saved around $50 on the chocolates we give as gifts at work. My best deals were probably at Michael's. We just bought a new house and I wanted decos for outside. I got 7 decorated wreaths for the windows, a 32" wreath for over the garage and a
15' garland. With the store incentives and a 30% coupon I paid less than $50. The 32" wreath alone started at $28.

It really wasn't too busy at our huge mall. We went out around 7:30 am. I think we were between the waves of early morning shoppers and those that slept in. :)

Purchased two 50 inch tvs from walmart my husband and son went to pay for them she rang up the 65 inch smart tv then voided it on the receipt and they went in the back to pick them up they loaded them in the the back of the truck when we got home found out the gave us the 65 inch smart tv. I feel really bad about this but hubby and I are too sick to take it back right now I have a bad cold and hubby illness is acting up and I had to put my 17 year old mancoon cat down.

When or If I go to take it back they will be out of the 50 inches. These tvs were for us they are suppose to be a Christmas gift for my adult children.

So he gets to live out side with his bullhorn ;)

My best deal was from Kohl's. DD is moving into her own place and wants house stuff. I bought DD20 a 15 pc set of Farberware stainless steel pots/pans on BF sale for $80 and they have a $30 rebate. In that order was also a set of queen flannel sheets for DD14, a 3 pack of cookie sheets for DD20, and a pair of socks.

Total - $110 - $30 Kohls cash-$30 rebate-$5 Yes to You rewards - $10 ebates cash back =$35 total

I have teens and my nieces and nephews are teens also, so I did best with the 40% and 50% off storewide sales at American Eagle, Hollister, Old Navy and Lucky.

I also picked up some things at Charming Charlie. However, it was a little confusing to tell what was on sale at the store. I bought two scarves that I thought was going to total $30 and it ended up being $10.:cool1:

We went to the mall yesterday at 6am and it wasn't busy at all. No waits. Walmart was also dead.

Just got our internet back after 3 days, but no power yet so missed all the online deals!

Unexpected bonuses…went to World Market for their BOGO on gift tags and cocoas and teas. Received a free Downton Abbey mug and a free Downton Abbey tote bag. Both will go to mom since she watches. Also was able to use the $10 off rewards and got another $10 off coupon to use in a week!

I tried to buy the Target gift cards online but never got an email receipt. So I don't know if I got them or not. Will see if they come in the mail because I asked for regular cards, not emailed ones. :confused3 The iTunes gift cards online Thursday worked fine.

Hit Kohl's online for KCups and a few little things.

I worked yesterday so I didn't go out shopping at all but the Microsoft store was having a laptop special starting Wed. night at midnight so I was able to get one for ds17. :cool1:
http://www.microsoftstore.com/store...-Signature-Edition-Laptop/productID.308794900

We were originally going to get him one for a graduation gift for college but he asked for one for Christmas so he can get homework done during study hall and/or lunch time.

Dh wanted one for Christmas too so he and I both logged on at 11:50pm. The website was going crazy/crashing and it told us to refresh a few times. So somehow we ended up with 3 orders. I was going to cancel the accidental 3rd one but I have a coworker who wanted one for her dd so it's all good.

Square Trade offers a better warranty for half the price than the one Microsoft offers, including spills and drops, so we're considering that for ds17's. We have 30 days to decide. I normally think extended warranties are a rip off but with ds going to college in the fall and carrying it everywhere it might be $69 well spent.

I never shop in stores on Thanksgiving or Black Friday, but our Meijer was open Thanksgiving Day and I needed things for cooking. Our TV has been problematic in the last couple weeks, and I came upon the last 40" Samsung Smart TV in the store for $328, so I bought that. I also got winter boots for my kids at Buy One, Get one for a $1, which was great, and a chair for my son's room for $22 (instead of $35) as a Hanukkah gift.

I also bought $300 of Target gift cards for 10% off on Friday morning. That was the extent of my BF shopping. We just don't need much. I did almost all of my Hanukkah shopping in early November because I just had a baby three weeks ago, and I was not sure I would be in the mood to do it once I gave birth.

I am ahead for next year. I want to make my nieces and nephews lap quilts but with my life this year I knew I would never finish them. But I am going to retire in June and not go on vacation until the end of Oct so I have time to work on them. Today I bought the backing fabric for the quilts.

I was sent a buy 10 years get 10 free from my quilt shop. I found out I got it because I was one of the top 75 customers in the last year (don't tell dh but I think he already knows) SO I got 20 yards of fabric for the price of 10.

Scored a suit for my son at Neiman that we looked at previously but balked at the $699.00 price tag.
We got it for $$169. After finding it on a sale rack and giving them a coupon provided by the new community welcome wagon flyer I recv'd! Thrilled!!!

I ordered Sims 4 for dd and Shadows of Mordor for the PS3 for dh from Target in the USA and went and picked it up today. Even with exchange it saved me over $50. I took back the Skylanders Trap Team that I had purchased for $90 and ordered it from Amazon.ca for $50. I also took back $50 worth of characters for Skylanders and replaced them with better ones from Target in the U.S. and saved about $20.
So I didn't do too bad on either side of the border!
We have a Disney trip coming up and I wanted a restaurant.com certificate for Crossroads at House of Blues. I had a hunch if I waited I could get a deal this weekend and I did. Used the code "black" and it took 50% off the total. So I got a $50 certificate for $10. Basically it works out to $40 off $125 or so once we meet the minimum spend ($100) and pay for tip.
And finally I used the Blue Friday deal for Aquatica and got any day tickets for dh and ds for $20. The weather looks good for next week and if it's not, I won't be too sad to lose $20. The guys in our family love waterparks. DD and I will make that a shopping day.:thumbsup2

Mine was on Tuesday at the Hilger outlet. 3 short sleeves shirts, 1 long sleeve shirt, and fleece jacket all for DS paid $42 saved over $100

2 Vera Bradley wallets for me $23 saved $44

Wrangler jean jacket $26 saved $34 for DH.

Bedroom shoes and watch for me from DH ski gloves for DS paid $54 from Kohls saved $65 scored $15 Kohls cash.

Kors purse $133 saved $46 my treat to myself.

4 Hollister short sleeve shirts for DS $32 not sure how much I saved there at least $40.

I tried shopping at kohls online, by the time I checked out, the items were no longer available. This was Thanksgiving evening. How the heck does Kohls run out of towels. I waited to see what JCP had for Black Friday deals, but they had better deals for shopping in their store than they did online. 2 JCP stores just closed last spring around by me, so I have to shop online now. My items are still sitting in my basket waiting for a 25% off. Should of ordered the items last weekend.
