What's open during MVMCP?

Are any counter service restaurants open or any place where you don't need PS? If counter service restaurants close (which I believe I read) what time do they close? I assume when the party starts, hopefully not any earlier. Thanks.

Last year Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bill were open during the party.
