hi going to dlp on 17th may for 5 nights just wondering if anyone can give me any info to whats on then never been before im so excited after reading everyones posts lol

I don't think there is a particular season when you are going in May, but Buzz Lightyear ride will still be new since it is planned for 8th April. :)

thanks im useless at this i think im going to get to the airport and end up sleeping there for 5 nights lol, i am dreading it ive not a clue where im going after i get off plane ive only ever been on a plane with my mum and dad and that was 10 year ago now im taking my kids itl be an experience lol

Although CDG is not one of the nice airports you'll see the signs at the exit for the shuttle. Have a look here for map of the airport and details about the shuttle bus.

When you check-in you'll be given park maps. If you want to read up then I can recommend Brits Guide to Disneyland Paris here

I'd also recommend the Brits guide. :) And just ask away any questions you may have on here. Someone is bound to know the answer!

There may not be a special season but the weather will be nice and the crowds won't be anywhere near as bad as the height of summer, or Christmas and you'll benefit from being in the happiest place on earth!

There will be a parade in each park which in the main park features the awesomwe song Dancin' (A Catchy Rhythm) - I guarantee you'll want the music on CD after you hear it - it is available in the park, as you'd expect.

There will be plenty of shows including my favourite: Tarzan, which is a fantastic all acrobatic show with the awesome music from the film. There's The Legend of The Lion King which is like an abridged version of the West End Show but with some changes and is narrated by Timon and Pumba - it actually features some of the performers from the London stage version and in my opinion has a far better set than the London stage version. In Studios you have the terrific Cinemagique which is a tribute to the history of cinema with a few surprises. There's Anmiagique which is a live show featuring Donald, Mickey and friends from lots of Disney films.

Add to that a massive amount of rides, ranging from the gentle Carousel to the faster than the speed of light Space Mountin: Mission 2! You'll see amazing rides that have featured in films over the last couple of years: Pirates of the Caribbean and Phantom Manor.

There's so many places to eat and you can get anything from a cookie from a cookie shop to a 3 course romantic meal served in a Caribbean beach restuarant!

Disney Village is between the parks and the hotels and has a strip of shops which sells more Disneyland Resort Paris merchandise than you'll ever need - though we are doing a great job of trying to collect it all! There are some great restaurants in Disney Village too - Ludwig's Castle for a taste of Germany, Planet Hollywood and The Rainforest Cafe for the best in fun theming and a 50s fast food joint with waitresses on roller skates - Annette's Diner! It also houses Buffalo Bills which is a great western show where you eat and drink while entertained by cowboys, indians, horses, buffalo and much more - free hat too!

Sorry - I'f waffled a bit, but you will have so much to do when you go in May and it will be such a happy time - ask us anything you want, however silly you think may think it is I guarantee we've all asked it oursleves at some point - if it helps you prepare for your holiday in any way it's as important as remembering your passport. :goodvibes
