What's near Cypress Grand Villas?

Hi,

I changed my reservations to the Cypress Grand Villa. Could someone please tell me what is in the area for restaurants and grocery stores? I know the property in across from DTD and am familiar with those restaurants. What else is around?

We just got back from 8 days at the Grand Villas, we found it very convenient with several good restaurants nearby. There is a Winn-Dixie about a block or 2 away, CiCi's Pizza (excellent, cheap pizza buffet), Steak n' Shake, Olive Garden, Jungle Jim's, Golden Corral are all fairly close to the property, some within walking distance if you are so inclined. If you check out Hotelkingdom's site for this property, at the end of the description you will see a list of restaurants within walking distance.

Did you notice the hours of the Winn-Dixie store?

You are also only a few blocks from the Crossroads Shopping Center where there are loads of restaurants - TGIFridays, Red Lobster, Uno etc plus some shops, an adventure golf course plus the Goodings Supermarket which is open 24 hrs - although it is more expensive than Winn-Dixie - which is great if you need to pick up snacks etc. Even on the way back from Pleasure Island!!!!!!

There is also a Pizza Hut about a block away if that is your favorite chain (bring your coupons ). We loved CPGV 's location. Found it convenient to everything but cheap gasoline for the car. Gas is about .20 a gallon cheaper over by Hilton Grand Vacation Club/ Sea World area FYI.

No matter where we stay I like going over to that area to eat! We love Pizzeria Uno, Steak and Shake and Romano's Macaroni Grille! I have the discount card for that Winn Dixie because we go there so much!
