What's for dinner tonight?

I'm thinking of making cowboy stew..anyone ever hear of it?

It's mashed potatoes, and you take ground meat, and gravy mix, and pour it over the mashed potatoes. It's really yummy and a big hit here in our house!

My DH aka Brer_Papa made a turkey breast on the Showtime Set it and Forget it. It was soooooo good!

Yep Brer_Papa is not only a story teller...he's a great cook too! I guess thats why I put up with his one-man-band!
