Lindsay, or anyone who has made the Creamy Italian Chicken recipe...I have a question. I'm planning on making this tomorrow and I was wondering if you cook the breasts whole or do you cube them first or does it just depend on what you prefer?

Hey Kat, I have made this and cut the chicken up. I was thinking of making this tomorrow as well...not sure if I have cream cheese though so I will wing it.

When I made it, I stripped the chicken into pieces!

WFD tonight--sowrdfish involantini with a tomato-caper-olive, currant sauce, spaghetti, shrimp skewers, and a salad.

So, I thought I would share a little tip with you. I had jury duty today. I have managed to successfully avoid serving for years, so I thought for sure my number was up. Sure enough, I got called to the courtoom. Then I found out the trial was going to be two weeks! :headache: And then I got empaneled! I really, REALLY did not want to serve. So, here is what I did. I noticed that the defense attorney was going down the row of jurors, making eye contact with each one. So, I stared at the floor! No matter how many times he tried to catch my eye, I refused to look at him. He ended up using one of his challenges to boot me off the jury. :woohoo:

So, if you get on a jury and don't want to serve, whatever you do, don't look at the attorneys!

I have to say, Tom is an attorney and cannot stand when people talk to him and not look at him. I guess its that thing, if people do not look you in the eye, they are lying. Also, Andrew spaces out at times while talking and looks the other way...bugs the crap out of us. :lmao:

I have only been summoned for duty once and they didn't want me :confused3 but this is definitely a good tip! ;)

Can I be totally honest and say that I am totally lost with the thread! I missed some things and cannot find the info...

What happened to Glynis? Did it snow in her house? Glynis, you OK?

Sandy and Lori, Nice to see you!

Sheryl, Yay on the F&W trip! I loved F&W and hope to go again some day.

Somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pieces :)

Thanks for the link. I agree. Every recipe I want to keep/try later/etc. will be saved in Word. I am looking into making a blog for the recipes and keeping it in my signature. That way the recipes can be accessed by everyone quickly.

Does that sound like an idea?

I think that sounds great. That is they way the Customs/Boutique thread is. They have instructions for things in someone's signature and then the photos of the clothing is in a Photobucket acct.

Like I said yesterday, I don't post much, but I sure do use the recipes alot!!
thanks everyone :)

Anyone interested in checking out Mardi Gras live on Bourbon Street? The page refreshes every 30 seconds.

Thanks for the link. Every year (while at work) I check out the cams at nola.com on Mardi Gras Day. Last year I caught Rex's dukes on horses and the king's float. That brought tears to my eyes!

You can take the girl out of New Orleans but you can't take New Orleans out of the girl! ;)

Oh, My, Gosh!!! I am writing to you from a cocoon of new snow!!! We woke up this morning to find that our back door had blown open last night, and my living room floor was covered in 2 inches of snow. It came down hard during the night and hasn't stopped yet! We got the kids ready for church and left. Halfway through Sunday School, we were told to get our kids and go home. The storm is just getting worse and worse. We drove home and got stuck trying to turn into our driveway. Luckily, Alan and a neighbor managed to dig us out enough to get us partway into our driveway. At last look, we have accumulated 12 new inches of snow, on top of what was there already!

I AM SO DONE WITH WINTER!!! I WANT SPRING, NOW!

Dinner tonight will be pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw! I'm thinking that if the storm keeps up, DH and I won't go to our respective game parties. We'll stay home and do our separate thing. Alan downstairs, and me cozied up in bed with my cookie dough and chick flicks!

Lauren - I found it!!!! I missed this as well. Glynis, I can't even imagine this, I am at a loss for words.:scared1:

I am making steak with sauted onions and mushrooms with baked potatoes topped with bacon and cheese with caeser salad. Can anyone tell I am craving me some Outback Steakhouse?!

I have been very unlucky and have served on 2 jurys. Both time when they ask what I do for a living and I respond just like on the form you file out, Insurance they pick me. Both jurys were for injury suits. The last one even the Judge was surprized he call both lawyers up to the stand to make sure they were listening to me:confused3 I was even married to a cop, I have lawyers in my family.

Fyi I'm making leftover roast beef sandwiches, last night for them. I made pannini's last night they were tasty. I've no press so I did my own press, Alex was wondering why I had a pan and cans on the sandwiches.:rotfl:

Glyinis I hope you are doing well.

We had more snow last night then previously forcasted. I'm running out of place for the snow who wants some. Lauren expect your box soon :rotfl2: We are going to be getting more snow tomorrow:rolleyes1
