I went out for a meal earlier tonight and had salmon fishcakes, french fries and lime & coriander mayonnaise.

Last night we had chicken (done in the slow cooker) with garlic and herbs, mash, veggies and gravy, then apple crumble for pud.

Tonight it's Shelby's 3rd birthday party so we will be having kiddies party food! Yay!

Herb crusted boneless pork joint,garlic+chive mash,brussels,carrots+gravy.
This morning i made some scones-which we will have with jam+cream.x.
