ratatouille - i am deming in at school for the kids to make next week so ill bring it home for tea and chinese pineapple fritters - again i am doing them at school.
i get paid to cook my kids tea (occassionally!) anyone jealous, :rolleyes1 :lmao:

I am making Cottage Pie tonight (cheesy mash on the top), with brocolli & carrots. YUM.
 
Last night I had pepperoni pizza and tonight I am having spaghetti bolognaise :goodvibes
 
Tuna Pasta bake for me as i'm working till 8pm
 

Meatballs+spaghetti,with my own homemade tomato+garlic+herb sauce+cheese garlic bread.

How do you make your meatballs Michelle? Is it just Mince & Onion or do you add breadcrumbs or something else to hold them together? Do you use passata for the sauce? x
 
chicken , mashed swede, peas ,& potato's. Home made rice pudding to follow

For the meatballs,i buy good steak+put it thru the mincer,add chopped onions,salt+pepper+dried mixed herbs.Add an egg to bind together-no breadcrumbs-but you can if you want to.Simply fry them in butter.

For the sauce,tonight i am using Grandad's home grown plum toms,skin them first(pour boiling water on them+cover)chop up,add salt,pepper,crushed garlic,worsetshire(spell?) sauce,olive oil,tom puree,chopped fresh basil,a little sugar-as some toms can be quite acidic and simmer.Sometimes i add chunks of already sweated mushrooms+onions to the sauce.
Serve+add fresh grated parmesan on top :thumbsup2 .

Tonight I am trying lamb cassarole, with garlic, onion, mushrooms and carrots.
My mom baked a victoria sponge yesterday for us so that will be pudding!

OOhhhh i have'nt had Lamb Casserole for a while,i think that could be on the cards for the weekend :thumbsup2 .How do you cook your's? I like to do mine in the slow cooker.x.
 
Tonight I'm doing "Boma" chicken curry with sticky peanut rice. I'm going to make an extra big amount so there'll be some left for tomorrow.:thumbsup2
 
Tonight we are having a chicken stir-fry with a sweet chilli dressing and noodles.
 
I was going to do Baked Potatoes with a stew for me and Jonathan but my sister has gone and used the minced beef. So Jonathan said he will take me out to eat at the trafford centre. :cheer2: Probably having a lovely KFC Banquet for one unless he is treating me to Steak. :goodvibes

Yup it's in the slow cooker, it smells beautiful! I have just mixed up some mint sauce and put my roast spuds in the oven, I have decided to make home made ones today instead of Aunt Bessies!
