I'm cooking pork chops, boiled potatoes, steamed veg and gravy although it will be quorn fillets for me as I'm a green day today on my Slimming World diet
Basically sausage, potatoe wedges, onion wedges, cherry tomatoes chucked in a dish, covered with a bit of olive oil and roasted for half an hour, then covered in gravey. I'm doing mange tout and carrots as well.
Tonight is homemade Cottage Pie(tomatoes on top,then cheesy,herby mash on top),garlic new pots+corn on the cob.
Dessert is toffee cheesecake(bought not home made).x.
