Same thing I do every Thanksgiving -- only this year, I'll be up to my elbows in a dead bird's freezin' cold woo-hoo at about 4:00 am cuz' the manly men are all headin' out for their late deer hunt on the Kaibab plateau by 1:00 pm (gives' em time to get camp set up before it's totally dark.)
You know -- I gripe and grumble but I really love it. The house always smells great from the pies, turkey, and rolls and it is SO much fun havin' everybody together.
We'll play some board games and my DDIL will map out our attack for going shopping on Friday morning (she's much better at that kinda stuff than I am). Anybody wants to drop in, please feel free.
I sure hope it cools off a little bit cause right now, it feels more like barbeque weather than anything else. We won't be putting up our tree until mid-December cause we like having a real one (again -- it's all about the smell)
