So I'm taking a class for work...sort of. Its the director's credential, supposed to make me a better daycare director. I have a paper due for our class tomorrow, and its just not gonna happen. We only meet face-to-face 2x, and once is tomorrow. Its not like I'll lose my job if I drop the class, no one will really care. So, should I stay up all night and go to work tomorrow with no sleep, go to class without the work, or drop the class?

Talk to the professor and ask for an extension!

I have never had a professor not grant me an extension.

I agree go to class without the Paper. Maybe your professor will understand and give you and extention

Me three. Go to class and beg for mercy. Tell the instructor it'll be in the e-mail by ... whenever you think you can get it done.

I had to ask for an extension last semester--I just was not happy with how my paper was coming and felt like I needed more time. It was not a problem at all. BTW, I work in daycare also and I'm in school to complete my degree in education. Good luck

I actually think that's the reason this paper isn't getting done I already have my degree in education, and half my master's degree. I hate having to take another undergrad course! Good luck with yours though!

Well I ended up doing the paper. I planned at doing a sucky job at it, but apparantly I'm not qualified to do less than my best or something. So its, done,and its even within the word count. Now...I have to be at work in 1.5 hours and I still have the PowerPoint to do.
