What will we get from VH?

We have booked with Virgin Holidays for the first time and I was just wondering what we will get in terms of tickets, vouchers etc? And when will it arrive, we've got 8 weeks to go now?

We've got Universal tickets with them too, do you know if these will be real tickets or if they will be vouchers to exchange?

You will get an envelope with a load of vouchers!

You will have an e-ticket for your flights then vouchers for hotels and tickets. There should also be a voucher to use the DTD check in.

Also a booklet with 'Useful information' and some luggage tags.

We also got a load of vouchers from VH to exchange for "proper" tickets. We did need our passports for each first exchange - i.e at the TTC for our Disney tickets and at Uni Studios for our flex ticket. Once we had redeemed the vouchers we didn't need to show ID again. i think we got our flight tickets etc about 4 weeks before.

we got our tickets about 2 1/2 weeks before we flew. As well as what everyone has already mentioned you will also get an email/phonecall from a virgin rep in Florida about 4 weeks before you fly. They just want to make sure you are all organised and if you need any more tickets or book trips or buy a phonecard etc they will help you. No hard sell though, they have been really helpful to us in the past

Check your vouchers as ours had the wrong dates on them for some reason.
